Organized by the Hellenic Association of Food Scientists & Technologists (HEL.A.F.T.), with scientific support from the Hellenic International University and the University of Western Attica, the conference aims to explore innovation, sustainability, and technological challenges in the food sector. It will bring together experts from various disciplines to share knowledge, discuss technological advancements, and explore solutions for industry challenges.
Key topics will include food safety, sustainability, innovation, authentication, circular economy, Industry 4.0, and AI applications. The event will also highlight how can integrate modern technology for enhanced safety and efficiency.
