The Fast-forward Plant-based Food Symposium 2025 will take place on 27 May 2025 in Copenhagen, Denmark, as the second in a series of three symposia aimed at accelerating the transition to plant-based food consumption. The event will bring together policymakers and private sector stakeholders to strengthen public-private collaboration and drive innovation in the plant-based value chain. By aligning the efforts of Plant2Food, AgriFoodTure, the Plant-based Food Grant, and GUDP, the symposium seeks to maximize research and innovation impact through a new strategic partnership. The key objectives include raising awareness of funding opportunities, fostering collaboration between funded projects, identifying knowledge gaps and research needs, developing a strategic approach to innovation, and strengthening public-private partnerships. With a dynamic program featuring engaging talks, panel debates, and matchmaking sessions, the symposium will actively involve stakeholders in accelerating research and sustainable development in the agri-food system.
