Food Innovation Days 2025

Food Innovation Days 2025 focus on the latest trends and innovations in the Agri-Agro-Food industry. The event will bring together startups, agri-food companies, distributors, and other key players from the FoodTech® ecosystem, all working towards a more sustainable and responsible food system, from farm to fork.

Highlights of the event include an inspirational conference hosted by Eddy Fougier, Expert Consultant, Professor at Sciences Po Aix-en-Provence, Audencia Business School. There will also be roundtable discussions featuring success stories from startups and companies, as well as practical workshops focusing on three key topics: new consumption patterns, employer branding, and artificial intelligence. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in a company visit to the St Hubert factory in Ludres, attend business meetings to network with industry leaders and innovators, and join the innovation evening on Thursday, June 12, to engage in discussions and meet people shaping the future of food with new technologies, sustainable solutions, and innovative practices.

The Food Innovation Days 2025 will primarily be conducted in French. For English-speaking participants, translation or interpretation services will be available to ensure you can fully engage with the content and discussions.
