MURCIA FOOD 2025 is a leading food technology event fostering collaboration between companies, technological centers, and universities to drive innovation. The event features the Murcia FOOD Brokerage Event and the International Symposium on Food Technologies, both free to attend. The XII Murcia Food Brokerage Event will showcase cutting-edge food technology, enabling European companies to establish technology cooperation agreements through bilateral meetings in a hybrid format. The XII International Symposium on Food Technology will present the latest sector advancements through conferences and discussions.

The event welcomes companies, universities, technology centers, and research institutes from across Europe. Key topics include food safety, allergens, product authentication, health and nutrition, biotechnology, sustainability, waste reduction, green technologies, packaging, AI-driven digitalization, and hydraulic technologies in food production.
